Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your order will be fulfilled by Trust Infinite Store, Pakistan, free of cost.

Upon delivery, you will receive an invoice issued by Trust Infinite Store. We offer delivery services through our courier partners to all locations across Pakistan. You can place an order and receive delivery at your home or office, as specified in the “Shipping Details” of your order.

Our courier partner may contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience, as per the following:

• Up to 3 calls per shipment to confirm your exact address
• Up to 2 delivery attempts per shipment

Orders will be delivered to your “Shipping Address” within:

• 3 to 5 working days for locations outside Lahore

If delivery is required earlier than the standard time, additional charges will be borne by the customer.

If a location falls outside the delivery coverage area, or if the provided “Shipping Address” is not accessible, the courier company will contact you to arrange collection from their nearest office or another mutually agreed location.
